80mins of facial treatment is well spent. Treatment starts off with the singing bowl, very calming. my skin feels rejuvenated/hydrated after the treatment. loved the therapist’s relaxing hand massage techniques. Will definitely visit when I’m back in Korea.

Getting to the spa was a bit of a walk from the nearest subway, so do consider that. The place itself was amazing. We took the Brightening facial and the whole experience was lovely. We left the place feeling very pretty. Our therapists explained with care each product that was used so that was nice. At the end we were served drinks and given an opportunity to browse through their products. One of a kind experience, did not regret this at all! Recommended 👍🏻

Before the experience, they will briefly investigate the conditions that the guests are more concerned about, and then recommend the guests to change to a more suitable plan (or not change the plan) according to the situation. Although the whole experience is expensive, the beautician is very professional and the process is very comfortable.

The SPA is on the fourth floor of the building. You need to press the password to go up the elevator. If you don’t have the password, you can ask the staff on the first floor for assistance. The service staff communicates in English. I chose the 70-minute treatment for the face and feet. The massage is very comfortable and the treatment is very comfortable. After the end, you can buy products with a 5% discount, and you can also get a tax refund. It is a very relaxing experience

very good service. need a password received in advance to access spa via lift but I didn't have it. but the receptionist still gave it to me on the spot. The venue was beautiful, facial was different from Singapore ones (not sulwhasoo), included chest, neck and hand massage. they served traditional drink/snack before and after the facial. I also bought some products .

Honestly was amazing, so glad we did it and they were all so professional! Felt very welcome and their English was very good too. We got a welcome drink as well as a snack and drink when we finished, felt very pampered

The spa is located on the fourth floor of Sulwhasoo. After going upstairs, the lady will ask the guests to fill out the information sheet and skin condition sheet (don't worry if there is a Chinese version). After that, another beautician (?) Will give feedback on the content of the questionnaire to adjust the course. I have changed the course because the service hours are the same and there is no additional charge. It was very comfortable during the course, and it was very supple after finishing the face! Even the family is amazing! After the experience, there will be a snack and drink, the drink is very delicious. There are also products available. Pay attention to whether the puff of the cushion powder has been used. I picked two, and one of the puffs was already used, so I gave up the makeup and just went to the first floor with a brows. I bought a limited soap (plum blossom flavor), but later I saw it at the airport and it was cheaper and duty free. (Then I bought the pine flavor again, ha) The downside is that after the experience, there is no product introduction like the one mentioned in the previous evaluation. This part is a bit disappointing. But overall it is highly recommended!
