It is truly a luxury experience. The staff takes very good care of you. They are very kind and receptive even if you can't speak Korean. I highly recommend if you can afford to experience the spa to take advantage of doing so. I really loved the scalp massage.
Quite difficult to secure a treatnent slot, especially for more than 2 persons.. Our preferred date was not available. So, need to go back & forth with Klook as middleman to confirm the actual appointment schedule. Really not a good experience setting up an appointment with the spa centre but Klook told us this will be automated with the provider directly in the future. The spa is at the basement level. We were provided with ginseng tea before the start of the session. Experienced therapist & relaxing spa aromatherapy environmen. Although the session can be quite pricey, it was indeed close to 2 hrs of enjoyable Ultimate S Journey with Sulwahsoo hospitality!
location was easy to find, spa is on the bottom floor (staircase leading you down). once you arrive & check in you are greeted with a drink & snacks while they discuss your treatment plan. you are then taken to your room to await your treatment to start. amazing facilities. once you are done again greeted with a drink & snacks. they then show you the products they used, recommend products for you to purchase & off you go. wanted to take a shower after facial, since oil was in hair and all over but wasn’t sure if that was allowed. language wasn’t too much of a problem but i didn’t feel comfortable asking to take a shower (even though there was a shower in my room).
Wonderful relaxing spa. Service was great! They do their best to communicate with you if you don’t speak Korean and I found it was plenty enough to get by and provide a high quality service My skin was so rejuvenated after week long of travel fatigue. They go through all the products they used on you at the end - and you have a tea to sip on while doing so Make sure to use the Klook 5% off and they do a tax refund receipt for you to claim tax when you depart from the airport. (It’s cheaper than duty free at the airport)
my daughter and I really enjoy the experience and spoiling ourselves in this exclusive spa. the service was wonderful and relaxing, environment was clean and upscale, I wish I can do this more often! the massage was nice but Sulwhasoo product lines were so nice for my dry skin in Korea
