- Citizens of the Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "ROC") who wish to apply for membership must be natural persons aged 18 or older and provide their ID card and driver's license for automobiles (including motorcycles) for supplier verification.
- Foreign nationals or non-residents of Taiwan who wish to apply for membership should provide a valid Taiwan Resident Certificate or passport, a valid international driver's license, and a valid credit card for supplier verification.

- Please refer to the WeMo Scooter Terms of Service for details. The Terms of Service are updated from time to time; please refer to the latest公告 content. (1) You understand and agree that the ownership of the electric scooter and its accessories belongs to the Company (depending on the actual situation of individual electric scooters and accessories, belonging to WeMo Technology Co., Ltd. and/or Weixiang Che联网 Co., Ltd. individually or jointly). These Terms of Service only lease the electric scooter and its accessories to the member for use, and the member does not obtain any other rights. The member is not an agent of the Company for any purpose, and any repair or replacement of any parts or accessories of the electric scooter must be approved by the Company in advance. (2) You understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable for any delays in the itinerary caused by the Member’s inability to complete the mobile phone rental and return service in a timely manner due to interruption, failure, delay, data transmission or storage errors caused by the failure of the network system hardware and software equipment provided by telecommunications operators, credit card acquiring institutions or the Member’s use of the device, or due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, or in the event that the Company’s equipment is undergoing necessary maintenance and construction after proper prior notice. (3) You understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable for compensation if the Member’s computer system is damaged as a result of extracting any data or images from the Company’s website or official APP without the Company’s prior consent. (4) Before renting a car, please check whether the electric scooter can operate normally. If the scooter and accessories are found to be inconsistent with the agreed-upon use status within 5 minutes after picking up the car, and the car is returned to the same location, the Company will not charge the ride fee after confirming that the vehicle cannot operate normally; if a malfunction occurs during the rental period of the electric scooter, the Member shall immediately contact the Company’s customer service personnel for assistance, and the Member may request a reduction of the rental fee, a change of vehicle, or termination of the lease. If the items in the trunk are damaged due to vehicle abnormalities, the maximum compensation amount is NT$500 for the ride; if the items are left in the trunk due to vehicle abnormalities, the Company will arrange for logistics delivery and will deliver the items within 10 working days. (5) The Company’s electric scooters are divided into two models: WeMo Candy does not provide the lessee with the function of changing or charging the battery; WeMo Fly provides the lessee with the function of changing the battery; the remaining battery power information can be viewed in the official APP; the power information is an estimate, and there will be individual errors depending on the driving habits. The estimated mileage on the dashboard will be automatically updated according to the current driving behavior. Rapidly increasing the speed (high SEC power consumption value on the instrument panel) consumes power easily (increased power consumption), which is a normal phenomenon. (This is the same as the general understanding of using oil-powered vehicles: oil consumption increases when the oil-powered vehicle is at high RPM). (6) Accessories and equipment included with the vehicle include, but are not limited to, one WeMo Scooter standard 3/4 helmet and one 1/2 helmet, Ionex battery, mobile phone holder, and parking lot access card. (7) When using the Company’s service to rent an electric scooter, the following battery storage rules shall be followed:
- It is strictly forbidden to reverse connect or short-circuit the positive and negative terminals of the battery to avoid short circuits, electric shock, or battery damage.
- It is strictly forbidden to disassemble or modify the battery pack or use it for non-regular purposes.
- It is strictly forbidden to use any tools to damage the battery pack.
- It is strictly forbidden to allow the battery to be close to high temperatures, such as heat sources, fire sources, or direct sunlight, to avoid battery damage.
- It is strictly forbidden to insert thin objects into or hit the battery pack with a hammer.
- Do not place objects in the battery extraction slot to avoid short circuits or poor contact, which may cause battery damage.
- It is strictly forbidden to heat, burn, or impact the battery pack.
- The batteries of electric scooters are dedicated battery packs, please do not use them for other equipment, or interchange the batteries of different electric scooters.
- It is strictly forbidden to spray water on electrical parts and battery packs to avoid leakage and short circuit hazards.
- It is strictly forbidden to let the battery be exposed to rain, soaked in water, or dripped with any organic solvents or chemical agents to avoid short circuits, electric shock, or battery damage.
- The Ionex batteries used by WeMo Fly electric scooters are provided by Guangjie Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangjie Company"). If there is any abnormality in the battery or charging station, please contact the Company's customer service personnel or Guangjie Company's customer service hotline 0800-090-060.
(8) Users are reminded to pay attention to the following matters when storing Ionex batteries:
- Ionex batteries may generate a slight amount of heat after use, so please pay attention when performing battery replacement operations or taking them out.
- Each Ionex battery weighs approximately 10 kg, so please handle and place them carefully with both hands.
- If there is any abnormality in the Ionex battery (such as leakage, damage, deformation, etc.), please stop using it immediately and contact the Company's customer service personnel or Guangjie Company's customer service hotline 0800-090-060 for assistance.
(9) The mobile phone holder installed on the vehicle is provided for your convenience. The mobile phone holder is not part of the WeMo Scooter service. You agree that the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, derivative, or special damages (losses) arising from your use of the mobile phone holder. Furthermore, if the mobile phone holder is damaged due to incorrect use, the user shall compensate for the cost of the mobile phone holder. (10) If the vehicle parking lot access card is lost, a remake fee of NT$300 will be charged at the original price. (11) This service has operating range restrictions. It is a permitted use behavior for members to drive electric scooters outside the operating range of the Company. However, if the electric scooter cannot be driven back to the operating range for parking and return on the day of rental due to power exhaustion or other accidents attributable to the member, the member shall immediately notify the Company’s customer service personnel, and the Company will transport the electric scooter back to the operating range and charge the member the rental fee from the time of rental to the completion of the Company’s dispatch and handling fee. The detailed operating range and dispatch fee are subject to the latest announcements on the official website or official APP. If the rented vehicle is driven until it is completely out of power, resulting in the inability to operate the vehicle (opening the trunk, returning the vehicle, etc.), the resulting time delays or additional handling fees shall be borne by the member. (12) The member shall drive the vehicle themselves during the rental period. Without the Company’s prior consent and registration in these Terms of Service, the vehicle shall not be driven by others; in particular, it shall not be driven by others without a driver’s license, driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol (including refusal to test), overloading, or using it for learning to drive. (13) When you use WeMo Scooter, you promise to abide by the Republic of China’s traffic regulations related to motorcycle riding. If any violations of the Criminal Law, Road Traffic Management and Penalty Act, or Waste Disposal Act occur (including but not limited to violations of the Republic of China’s traffic regulations related to motorcycle riding), relevant evidence will be attached and reported directly in accordance with the law or relevant information will be provided to cooperate with the investigation by the competent authority. You promise not to use this service for any illegal purpose or in any illegal manner, and guarantee not to use this service to infringe upon the rights and interests of others or engage in illegal activities. Violators may have their membership suspended or terminated by the Company, and the vehicle will be immediately recovered. If any other direct or indirect damages or expenses (including but not limited to dispatch and handling fees, fines, operating losses caused by the revocation of the license plate, etc.) are caused, the Company may claim compensation from you. (14) The dispatch and handling fee refers to the fee assessed based on a comprehensive assessment of distance, location, difficulty, and other factors (the fee ranges from NT$500 to NT$2,000) when the vehicle is returned outside the scope designated by the Company, or when the vehicle needs to be towed back by the Company due to other accidents attributable to the member. You agree that the determination and fees for this part shall be based on the Company’s determination based on the specific circumstances of the case.

(15) The operating range center points for renting and returning shared motorcycles in different locations are as follows (the Company may adjust and announce them at any time according to operating needs):
- Taipei and New Taipei City: Taipei Main Station
- Taichung: Taichung MRT City Hall Station
- Tainan: Tainan Railway Station
- Kaohsiung: Kaohsiung Railway Station
- Other operating ranges newly applied for by the Company in accordance with the regulations of each county and announced on the official website
(16) The operating range center points for self-service station rental and return (Taiwan Round Island Line) electric motorcycles are as follows (the Company may adjust and announce them at any time according to operating needs):
- Keelung: Keelung Railway Station
- Taoyuan: Taoyuan Railway Station
- Hsinchu: North Hsinchu Railway Station
- Miaoli: Miaoli Railway Station
- Changhua: Yuanlin Railway Station
- Yunlin: Douliu Railway Station
- Chiayi: Chiayi Railway Station
- Pingtung: Pingtung Railway Station
- Yilan: Luodong Railway Station
- Hualien: Hualien Railway Station
- Taitung: Taitung Railway Station
- Other operating center points newly added by the Company on the official website
(17) The service fee refers to the handling fee incurred for violating the usage regulations of these Terms of Service or needing to dispatch personnel to assist with vehicle-related services. (The fee starts from NT$300). (18) According to the local government’s autonomous regulations on the management of shared transportation businesses, WeMo Scooters can only be parked in legal public outdoor motorcycle parking spaces (excluding time-limited parking spaces, time-restricted no-parking spaces, parking spaces for the disabled, and other special parking spaces), and special off-street parking lots announced by the Company. For parking spaces not approved by the government, the member shall be responsible for any fines, parking fees, and service fees. (19) When using the self-service station rental and return (Taiwan Round Island Line) electric motorcycle rental service, the rented electric motorcycle must be parked at the designated return location. (20) All parking fees incurred during the rental period of self-service station rental and return (Taiwan Round Island Line) member vehicles must be borne by the member. (21) Rental and return stations: Due to possible changes in individual circumstances of cooperative parking lot operators, the actual cooperative rental and return stations are mainly based on the icons (white P square on a blue background) displayed in real time in the APP. (22) The Company’s official APP may display notifications reminding you that your location may be a “high-penalty area, time-limited parking space, time-restricted no-parking space,” or other special parking space, but you acknowledge that relevant notifications may have errors due to hardware, network, software, communication, weather, technical, and other related problems, and cannot be used as a basis for you to judge the parking location; you should still follow the “traffic-related markings or signs” around the parking space and park the rented electric scooter in accordance with these Terms. (23) You promise to cooperate with the principle of fair use of rentals and not to occupy vehicles continuously or for a long period of time in a speculative manner, causing inconvenience to other members in their use. If you cause the electric scooter to be unable to be rented to others normally, the Company may temporarily or permanently disable your account and immediately recover the vehicle after confirmation by the Company. (24) If the electric scooter cannot be rented to others normally due to your negligence (including but not limited to forgetting to return the vehicle, parking the electric scooter in a private place, etc.), you shall compensate the Company for the loss of operating rental proportionally. The loss of operating rental shall be calculated based on the basic pricing method, based on the “Matters to be Recorded and Not Recorded in the Standardized Contract for Motorcycle Leasing,” with a maximum daily limit of NT$4,320. The calculation basis starts from the time the rental service takes effect and ends when the Company retrieves the vehicle. (Crossing midnight counts as the next day) (25) When you have finished riding, you should put the accessories back in the trunk under the seat, close the trunk lid properly, and then turn off the motorcycle and return it. After the vehicle is confirmed to be turned off and the APP displays successful return, complete the payment and obtain an electronic invoice to ensure that the borrowing and returning procedures are completed correctly before leaving the vehicle.
