📩 Pre-trip Notification
- Two days before your trip, we will send you a QR code for the WeChat activity group. Your butler and driver will join the group to assist you. The driver will contact you again the day before your flight arrives. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

- The itinerary starts and ends in Lanzhou. The first day of the itinerary includes airport pick-up service and hotel accommodation. You can explore on your own after checking into the hotel.
🌈 Brief Itinerary Introduction
- Day 1: Full day gathering in Lanzhou - airport pick-up - check into hotel - free activities, stay in Lanzhou City.
- Day 2: Lanzhou to the spectacular confluence of the Yellow and Tao Rivers to Milarepa Buddha Pavilion to Meiren Grassland to Prayer Flag Tunnel Crossing, stay in Hezuo City.
- Day 3: Jiangdie Highway Crossing (Rock Road) to Zhagana to Fairy Beach light hike, stay in Zhagana.
- Day 4: Zhagana sunrise to Ruoergai Flower Lake to the First Bend of the Yellow River to watch the sunset over the long river, stay in Tangke Town.
- Day 5: Ruoergai Grand Grassland (deep horseback riding | Tibetan tea break | learning Tibetan) to Lianbaoyeze to Jiuzhi County.
- Day 6: Jiuzhi County to Awancang Wetland to Langmusi to Namo Grand Canyon light hike to Sangke Grassland to Xiahe County.
- Day 7: Labrang Monastery (pilgrimage for blessings - encounter monks chanting) to Ganjia Secret Realm to Lanzhou Station for disbandment.
- It is recommended to book trains after 8 PM and flights departing after 10 PM (Lanzhou Station has intercity trains to Zhongchuan International Airport. Please book tickets for Lanzhou Station/West Station to Zhongchuan Airport East Station, which goes directly to the airport. It is recommended to purchase tickets in advance).

- The average altitude in Northwest China is 3,000 meters. Some people may experience symptoms of altitude sickness, such as dizziness, headache, weakness, and insomnia. Mild symptoms usually disappear within 1-2 days as the body adapts to the altitude. Refrain from smoking and alcohol before the trip, avoid fatigue, avoid excessive aerobic exercise, and take Rhodiola Rosea or other preventive medications a few days in advance. Eat more fruits and vegetables, drink more water, get enough sleep, and relax.
- Most areas in Northwest China have a dry climate and strong ultraviolet radiation. Please prepare masks, sunscreen, sunglasses, and other items. Drink more water, eat more fruits and vegetables, and do not eat too much beef and mutton.
- The distances between cities in Northwest China are long, and the attractions are scattered, so the car ride is long. Please prepare motion sickness medicine.
