What to expect
Pulau Tiga Survivor Island is a low-lying island about 35 nautical miles southwest of Kota Kinabalu. Pulau Tiga is the largest of three islands within the Pulau Tiga Park (gazetted in 1978). The other two islands are “Kalampunian Damit”, which is the “Sandspit Island” and “Kalampunian Besar”, or better known as “Snake Island”. There are several species of mammals including the Ubiquitous Macaque Monkeys and reptiles such as the large monitor lizards can be found on the island. Interesting birdlife, myriad species of insects and wild orchids can be seen here in Pulau Tiga, making it as a truly wild tropical island. Given its unspoiled environment, it is not surprising that Pulau Tiga was choosen as the location for the first US TV series – “Survivor”.

Reviews
The wind and waves were strong that day, so the boat went to a place with relatively light waves for tourists to snorkel. The coral reefs are beautiful and full of fish, and those who don’t want to go into the water can still ride waves nearby. There are restrooms on the island. The walk to the muddy area of Tiga Island is about a few hundred meters, and there are wooden planks. It is easy to walk, but be careful when it rains and the road is slippery and you may fall. Overall the planning is good. There are many long-tailed monkeys on the island, so be careful not to get things taken away.
You can take a boat ride to see monkeys, and you can also see huge lizards on the island where you have lunch. The meals provided are quite simple, but not bad. The highlight is that the island has beautiful scenery, and there are mud baths to soak in, but there are more mosquitoes. Please note that the Firefly River Cruise at night is really great👍🏻 Fireflies can still be seen in Taiwan, but the beautiful starry sky at night really fascinates me. The starry sky is hard to see in Taiwan. It is so beautiful that I am Breathtaking 👍 🏻
This activity is very full and interesting, there is a special car to pick us up to the pier early in the morning to take a boat trip, and then start a full day trip, although it is a group of people, but the local guide is still carefully accompanied during snorkeling. I ca n’t swim. The local guide or take me down to snorkel is a great experience. We will eat there on Tiga Island. For food, it ’s an island on that island. It ’s very rich, although it ’s not refined and full. After a short walk to the place of volcanic mud, the local guide was still careful to accompany, I thought this trip was very worthwhile and very fulfilling

Our guide victor is very good.. taking good care of us n make the experience so nice.
From snorkeling in the morning to fireflies at night, the activities are very rich, the water quality of the snorkeling site is clear, and the corals are very beautiful, because the distance to the corals is very close, the underwater camera takes pictures clearly and beautifully, the tour guide is very good, and I take good care of them. The children and the elderly have a good time. The food for lunch and dinner is delicious and definitely worth recommending
I have a lot of snorkeling coral reefs and tropical fishes on the island, and the island is also delicious for lunch. There are also important natural volcanic mud. You can soak in the mud bath, which is very comfortable.
I survived snorkeling on the island. There are many coral reefs and fishes here. The boatman was also very enthusiastic to take us to snorkel. The lunch was also delicious, and there were fruits after meals. Then came the famous natural volcanic mud on the island. Go for a bubble mud bath. Skin care is fun.
Excellent service. I saw a lot of corals on both snorkeling. The volcanic mud was super fun. In the evening, I saw proboscis monkeys and many fireflies.
