Tokyo Ramen and Gyoza Cooking Class

Chef Andrew has perfected this cooking course. Started right on time, gave educational overview of ramen ingredients & history. Andrew spoke loud enough & clearly. He included all students & even remembered our names. I loved the hands on approach & busy schedule. We ended with a fabulous meal for all w beer or sake. My chef in training grandson & I had a blast.

I attended this cooking class with my 14 year old son, and we didn’t even realise how 4 hours just went past. The class was very informative and detailed. We got to learn about making the broth, the noodles, slicing and cooking the meat, even how to boil the eggs right. We event learnt how to make gyoza from scratch. The instructors were all so amazing, very friendly, extremely helpful and so much fun!! Their energy makes this class even more enjoyable. I would recommend this class to everyone ✨✨

Great cooking Class, we Learned how to do the broth, the ramen noodles, gyoza filling and how to fold gyozas ! Our chef was very friendly and spoke a perfect English. we enjoyed the class very much and the result was very tasteful! thank you for this great experience.

This is a legit cooking class if you want to learn how to make ramen. The team does a great job explaining the details of ramen execution, and you stay busy throughout the class working on it. Active, not passive! And the end result is delicious
