• Special note: The activity start time of 9:00 AM is fixed. Due to personal reasons leading to missing segments, the activity content cannot be supplemented, and no refunds for the difference can be issued. Please understand.
• According to the event organizer's requirements, a health commitment letter must be signed for this experience activity. The activity is limited to people aged 8-70. If you have any physical discomfort or other health conditions (such as severe heart disease, epilepsy, and other diseases unsuitable for outdoor activities; influenza, novel coronavirus infection, and other infectious diseases), please do not participate.
• Please ensure your contact information is accessible. After order confirmation, staff will send relevant confirmation details via KLOOK voucher or E-mail within 24 hours. Please check your inbox.
• The staff will confirm your departure time with you one day in advance (approximately 18:00-21:00). Please gather at the designated location and time. As this is a shared transfer service, there may be some waiting time, so please understand! The meeting point may be adjusted, and during holidays, the pick-up time may be earlier to avoid congestion.
• All scenic spots require original ID cards, passports, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permits for entry. Please be sure to bring the identification document you used when placing your order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring relevant documents or incorrect documents, you will be responsible for any additional expenses incurred.
• Direct contact with pandas is prohibited during the activity.
• Participants should not wear strong-smelling perfume or skirts. Photography is prohibited during some activity segments; the team leader will take work photos for everyone.
• The itinerary includes a working lunch. If you have any dietary allergies or restrictions, please inform the staff in advance.
• Based on the health status of giant pandas and the needs of scientific research and conservation work, the Giant Panda Care Experience Program may be adjusted and changed accordingly. We will inform participants in advance. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by special circumstances and ask for your understanding.
• Before booking, please be aware that this activity involves hiking and climbing within the park and is not suitable for infants, the elderly, or those with injuries or illnesses.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
