Ebb & Flow Festive Set Dinner (24 - 25 and 31 December 2025)
Ebb & Flow, the all-day dining restaurant located in the lobby, invites you to indulge in a meticulously crafted five-course festive dinner.
The festive menu opens with a refined selection of appetisers and soups: Wreath Salad with Smoked Duck Breast, Classic Lobster Bisque enriched with Traditional New England Crab Cake. For the main course, diners may choose from four signature dishes – Tournedos Rossini, Pan-seared Chilean Sea Bass Filet, Festive Roasted Turkey or Honey Glazed Gammon Ham. The experience concludes on a sweet note with a limited-edition Festive Dessert created exclusively for the season. The set dinner also includes Free-Flow selected red and white wines, orange juice, coffee, and tea, ensuring guests can relax and celebrate without restraint.
On 31 December 2025, guests who enjoy the five-course festive dinner at Ebb & Flow will receive complimentary access to the spectacular Level 28 Rooftop Garden New Year’s Eve Countdown Event, offering prime elevated views of Victoria Harbour.
