Delivery information

Activation procedure
- The validity period starts when the eSIM connects to any supported network/s
- Most eSIMs can only be installed once, so please do not deactivate and try to reactivate. In case of any issues or questions, contact customer service at partner.support.klook@airalo.com

Have to install Airalo app. Installation of eSIM was easy. I was able to use the eSIM in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore without hassle of switching service provider. With careful usage (maps, search engines, social media), 10 G was more than enough for over 3 weeks.
I went to Cambodia, via airport in Vietnam. I could use this in the both country. 1GB is small capacity, just for emergency.
Highly recommendable as working in Phils, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam without issues. There is also no hassle when it comes to setting up
Signal was great all throughout. Didn't have a problem. Just be sure to close the apps you dont want to run while using your data because it can get depleted very fast 😅 Would definitely buy one again if I travel.

This connection works well for my Indochina trip, but I need to be mindful of the 1 GB data limit.
we are in the Philippines, and in Manila and El Nido the reception is excellent. the only thing is, maybe I didn't study the instructions carefully, but the QR code comes to be used in the Airalo app or website, and not for directly installing the esim (maybe someone will find this information useful, I didn't figure it out right away)))

Perfect for our 2 week vacation to Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Singapore). The app was easy to download and get the eSIM downloaded on my phone.
