- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day
- If you encounter any service disruption such as unable to connect to internet, slow speed, APN settings or any other service disruption after inserting the card, please contact the operator's customer service at: LINE ID: @aircoolsim
- Dial "*#06#" on your mobile phone. If the EID barcode appears, it means your mobile phone supports the eSIM function

- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
- If you have used more than the traffic specified by the product, the network will be disconnected or the speed will be reduced (below 256kbps) according to different specifications. For products with a daily quota of 1GB, the speed will be reduced to 128kbps after daily use, and 1GB traffic will be restored at 0:00; for products with a total quota, the speed will be reduced to 128Kbps after all traffic is used up.

spring in korea never disappoints!! so happy that i tried this esim vs wifi. it is because it is a space saver in bags and you are connected wherever you go. even when alone with your phone. signal is strong and makes me easy to navigate and tour around. it is a plus when you wanted to translate anything you need to speak their language or buy something. went to korea alone because of bts and use this esim throughout the stay even in the concert day. signal is stroooong!!

Went on a 17-day trip to South Korea: Jeju Island, Busan, Daegu, Gyeongju, and Seoul. The internet was pretty smooth in all these cities. I mostly used Naver navigation and to reply to messages.
