Simply beautiful hotel that is within the heart of KL. It is so easy to travel to any location from the hotel. Clean and the most kind staff!

location is convenient. breakfast is good. staff makes us feel welcoming and check in and check out are fast

Room is clean & the doorman was helpful. Very spacious lobby, walkways & can easily find parking near lift lobby on P5. Housekeeping can do better when wash used cups/spoons in the room. Found cups bit oily & spoon wasnt clean properly.

hotel location: The hotel's location is also perfect. It is very close to Mid Valley Megamall, which makes shopping, dining, and entertainment extremely convenient.

We stayed 2 nights at Amari KL and it is our first time in the area. Location was spot on with shopping and restaurants close by, hotel feels new and clean. We had 3 rooms booked but 1 wasn't ready despite it being 3.20pm and official check in time was listed as 3pm. LRT (Abdullah Hukum station) was just next to the hotel.

Nice hotel, good location. Malls are really close by with pleny of food options. If there is anything to improve, it will the lack of a proper hotel "bar" to wind down. The mentioned bar is at one end and outside of the breakfast restaurant with no Aircon and not very comfortable when mozzies are inevitable when seated outdoors.

The hotel stay was really very nice. However, this is not the first time I've put up there. I like the hotel atmosphere very much. The International Buffet Breakfast spread is extraordinary. The Hotel rooms and lobby and well maintained with friendly staffs.

It's in a central location, especially good for short stay visitors looking for shopping and dining experiences as it's a comfortable stroll to Eco city, Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Mega Mall. The bridge walkway is sheltered all the way, accessible from hotel lobby. When coming back, you will need to handle a flight of stairs down (note for ppl travelling with elderly or pram etc). There is a lift nearby (Mercu 2 building) that can take you to the ground floor as well but will need to circle round a slightly longer detour back to hotel entrance which in this case, was also a breeze with my elderly mom. Staff at check in were wonderful and friendly, however, Amaya restaurant waiters generally need to up their service level and wear their smiles more. Special shout out to Noodle and especially Egg stationed staff, which we all know by default that they tend to be grumpy worldwide. It was pleasantly not the case at Amaya. Good breakfast variety and they bothered changing slightly.
