Pro: The customer service was excellent, and the view of the town and ocean was great. All the staff were very attentive and quick to respond to any of our requests. They also offer free shuttle to town which is very convenient. Con: The rooms were outdated.

The hotel feels a bit outdated, however the staff provides excellent customer service and are very attentive to our needs. They offer a free shuttle to the town, which is very convenient. They also have great views of both the town and the ocean.

Very nice accommodation. Accessible location but must be cautious when going in or out of the hotel because of one way road and uphill. Delicious food and they provide a complimentary cake for our daughters birthday. Highly recommended hotel

The room was okay, we just had a bit of a hiccup with the housekeeping as they kept on leaving our room unlocked after cleaning and there was even an instance where they left the door widely open which really alarmed us. We didn’t lose anything though. The room is cleaned daily. We are also very glad for the free shuttle service to and from the town proper as tricycle drivers usually can’t accommodate us because of the location of the hotel. The staff are also accommodating and always answers our questions. The buffet breakfast was nice but nothing really special about it.

The place is uphill but they offer shuttle going to town and back to hotel just inform them ahead of time. We tried their pool once but it seems to be itchy, not sure if its due to mosquitos or the water itself. staffs are great and approachable so we still enjoyed our stay.
