I had a great experience using Klook! The app is very easy to use, and the instructions are simple and easy to follow. As for the hotel, it was excellent! The place was clean, the staff were very kind and accommodating, and the amenities were complete. On top of that, it was very affordable and definitely worth the price. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend both Klook and the hotel!

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with strong air-conditioning and good water pressure. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the check-in process was smooth. I stayed in Go Hotel in Naga, I had a nice stay, place is beside Robinson place, very convenient,staff arr very courteous and accommodating. Breakfast are good. though Internet connection are not stable. Overall I had a great stay.

the staff are very accommodating. When we needed to extend our stay for another night because of typhoon Uwan, the staff were kind enough to grant our request smoothly, lucky for us since there are still available booking. one hour later, they are already fully-booked. No need to transfer to another room. Even though it was super typhoon, no flood outside the hotel including the basement parking.

The staff were approachable and kind. accessible to robinsons mall. The buffet breakfast is very good, not too much but enough selections to make you full. We booked a room during typhoon Uwan and due to the strong typhoon, the water rain is leaking in the window of the shower area. But that is okay, considering that it was a super typhoon.
