The apartment complex is located in La Manga del Mar Menor, in El Pedrucho area. It is first line in Mar Menor beach and only 80m from Mediterranean Sea. Opened in 2003, this 9-storey holiday complex comprises 18 apartments and, on payment of an additional fee, it is possible to park in a park area outside the building on request and local pay. All apartments are fully equipped with linnen, kitchen with dishes, fridge, microwave, washing-machine, toaster, bathroom, living-room and balcony with sea view. The nearest golf course is some 10 km away and a selection of water sports are on offer from local providers on the beach (fees apply).
