Fantastic

Superior Room Queen 路 2 Adults 路 1 Nights

We checked in on October 9, and our stay was wonderful. The cold AC, accommodating staff, warm smiles, and Mabuhay greetings made us feel truly welcome. What made our stay even more memorable was losing a necklace somewhere in the hotel. I only noticed it was missing after reaching BGC and feared I had lost it along the way. This necklace was a gift from my dad on my 18th birthday ten years ago, making it incredibly sentimental and irreplaceable. After returning to Pampanga, my mom encouraged me to call the hotel again. I asked if a necklace had been turned in, and after confirming my room number, I was told they had found it! I was overwhelmed with happiness and relief. 馃ス鉂わ笍 To the staff who found, kept, and returned my necklace, maraming, maraming salamat po. Your honesty and kindness mean more than words can express. You returned not only a necklace but also ten years of memories and a precious piece of my heart. I will always be grateful. 鉂わ笍

we had a great stay at Via Appia! 馃槉 Check in and check out procedures was smooth. The staff, attendants, security personnel were accommodating and approachable. i just had one issue鈥攖he swimming cap for the heated pool. I experienced a mild headache while using it 馃ゲThough it was said clearly it was for safety purposes, I wasn't just comfortable with it. Overall, the experience was great! Will recommend 馃挅
