Room was perfect bed was comfortable. Bad stains on carpet next to bed. Food in restaurant was just about edible and very haphazard. Staff did apologise but we still had to pay full price. Not a place ro go if your looking for a lively bar with atmosphere.

Staff were so helpful and it was a lovely hotel, everything was clean, we enjoyed our stay and had lovely breakfast also children go free for breakfast so that's a bonus, would definitely want to stay again when in the area.

Left my metal water bottle in the room fridge but tried calling and also messaging the hotel within an hour of checking out asking them to keep it so I could pick it up in a couple of days time. No one on reception phone line ever picks up and I've had no response to my messages.
