We would especially like to commend the supervisor on duty for being very professional and attentive. Their effort to ensure everything went smoothly really stood out and made a positive difference. One small suggestion for improvement would be to avoid spraying strong chemicals on the air conditioner filters, as the smell can be quite harsh and uncomfortable when inhaled. Overall, we truly appreciate the excellent service provided by the team.
