We stayed at Jeeva Klui Resort for three nights and it was absolutely phenomenal. Every staff member was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring from check-in to check-out. The service felt personal and seamless throughout our stay. The food was fantastic, the views were stunning, and the location is peaceful and beautiful. Everything about the resort is thoughtfully done and of the highest quality. Jeeva Klui truly delivers a luxury experience with heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended — we would return without hesitation.

Staff here are always so friendly, hardworking and professional. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel that you are their number one priority. All this combined with idyllic surroundings and well maintained furnishings make for a wonderful holiday experience.

Great place, great service!

Really lovely hotel, it’s quite secluded so you either happy to be happy staying at the resort for food (which is really nice) or venture out with taxis/scooters. The breakfast is really good and substantial. The staff are lovely and there is a nice spa on site. The beach is nice, clean and quiet. The only thing that lets the place down is the WiFi, it’s awful.

The first room i was in i could smell the dust that i was anaphylatic. The door didnrt close let alone lock. The blinds wknt go down properly which my male neighbour appreciated. The shower head and bottles if soap and shampoo were dirty. My second room seemed fine until i closed the curtains at night and was enveloped in dust and became anaphylactic again. I forced them to remove the bench and mosquito net and got my only sleep in 4 days. The food is laughable. I offered to teach the kitchen how to cook. Fish soggy and ovetcooked. Prawns served had turned bad and mushy. Butter came for the baked potatoes after 2 phone calls when the potato was stone cold. Caramelized banana was raw and uncooked. Last night the chef entered my room at night when i was in bed to scream at me. Because my door couldnt lock. I was ready to leap out of bed naked and hurt jim until he couldn't get up. The worst hotel of 5000 hoyels i stayed in over 60 countries by a very long shot. They should have 0 stars. Usually i give 3 to 5 stars. The pnly hood staff were 2 girls in Reception and Yuni in massage who is a sweetheart. 3 times i nearly died from anaphylaxis. First day dust i can smell. Second day dust from curtains when i drew them at night. Third day bad prawns that should have been thrown out. Neither were they king prawn. Fourth day screaming chef in my hotel room while i was in bed sleeping. Bad impresdion of hotel and Lombok.

Beautiful property and incredible staff. Really enjoyed the stay and breakfast

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff deserves a five star for effort. Our room needed some deep cleaning in the bathroom and they went out of their way to make it right for us. We have allergies to mold and mildew. Given the high humidity it’s inevitable to have that accumulated without daily interventions to stay ahead of it. This hotel is really a gem in Sengiggi. The only area that I would say was not our favorite is the restaurant. Their time management and flavor are lacking from our perspective. Otherwise very happy with the location and again the staff is amazing.

Had a really great stay in a private villa, staff were excellent and the service was fantastic.

Lovely Hotel with great service and fantastic staff who could not do enough for you. Location is a bit out of the action with not much easily walkable but this suited us well and taxis are so cheap. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

One of the best places we have ever stayed. We chose to elope and celebrate our wedding here and from Day 1, staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, helping us to arrange all the details of our big day. There's no doubt that the facilities are great, but what makes this resort truly special is the staff - very special mentions to Komang, Petra, Real, Windri and Dini, who we really enjoyed talking with and who helped us with everything. We plan on returning for our 1 year anniversary, and are already looking forward to it.
