Departamento súper cómodo, limpio y con una ubicación excelente. Fuimos en familia durante el verano, y que tenga aire acondicionado y pileta mejoró muchísimo nuestra estadía. Otro punto a destacar es la vista desde el bar en la terraza. Sin dudar volvería a este mismo alojamiento.

Great location and facility is well-equipped. Our issue was room cleanliness. It was only superficially cleaned before our arrival. There were old food crumbs between the wooden slats of the eating table, the floor was sticky and left dirt marks on bare feet, the coffee machine was dirty - like it hadn't been used in months, excessive frost in the freezer, the bathroom faucet worked but needed to be twisted in strange ways to make it work. Also, in the terrace apartments the bedroom is like in a closet. If you close the door there is no window or natural airflow. And lastly, there was only one functioning elevator. They were working on the second one during our stay, so at least it's a problem being acknowledged, but in the meantime perhaps they should be more open about allowing guests to use the staff elevators at the rear of the building to alleviate long waits and/or full elevators that can't be boarded.

Stayed with kids

We absolutely loved staying at Gran View Apartments. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which met our family needs. The property is located on the iconic and bustling Gran Via, with most of the major attractions and department shops nearby. It has a roof top pool, which is small, but if you’re looking to dip in to cool off from the Madrid heat then it will meet your need. I highly recommend this property, especially if you have a family of 5 or more.

Los apartamentos están bien, son cómodos, como se ve en las fotos. Tienen que prestar atención porque no todas las lavadoras secan la ropa. El GRAN problema es el ascensor: son casi 100 departamentos en 12 pisos (más el piso 13, donde está la piscina) y hay un solo ascensor. Esperar el ascensor puede ser eterno (sobre todo si estás alojado en el piso 12). Lo peor es que ese único ascensor se suele romper, por lo que la única alternativa son las escaleras. Y si estás con las valijas, eso puede ser un gran problema.
