The hotel was spacious and clean. Amenities such as soap and shampoo, and toothbrush and toothpaste was provided. The staff at the hotel reception was friendly. Parking is free (need to program your touch n go card at the reception), but parking may be limited at night.

the staff are not so friendly, sometimes even at around 7.30pm the weather is getting darker, the hotel porch area didn’t on the light, the reception staff just focus too much on his phone

Very convenient location, about 15 mins walk to the Penang Hill lower station. The road condition was a little scary because there are no zebra crossing and the market opposite is very crowded with traffic. Grab drivers seem to have trouble looking for the hotel entrance/ did not want to drive in due to the narrow streets. Rooms are not soundproof, you can hear your neighbors. I could also smell cigarette smoke. Toilet door can't be locked because it is a sliding glass door. Disposable slippers only available upon request at counter. Wifi does not work all the time. Nevertheless, the rooms are affordable and the view is magnificent (I stayed on level 5).
