The resort looks a little dated and slightly run-down from the outside, though the interior is fine. The water heater can be unreliable at times, suddenly turning cold, and the toilet flush is somewhat faulty. Overall, the stay was still bearable. The staff provided excellent service and were very polite. Traveling to town or other areas usually takes around 30–40 minutes, and Grab and Gojek are extremely convenient there. The resort’s Barelang Seafood Restaurant serves surprisingly good food (I’d say quite good), with prices that are very reasonable and cheap compared to more famous seafood restaurants elsewhere. The pool also had a foam party, which our kids enjoyed tremendously. Would be even more ideal if hotel do increases the shuttle services especially during peak season.

Mosquito can be a problem for some people who attracts mosquito more. Nevertheless, location itself is good. Swimming pool,beach and kids club. Breakfast spread could use more variwty

Best experience and view in Batam! Not only was it budget-friendly, but the amenities and services were top-notch. We booked this resort while on the ferry, and it was the best decision we made. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the view was simply stunning. We can't wait to come back and experience it all again with our kids!
