hotel location: perfect location in the middle of dmall, easy access for shopping and dining to different restaurants cleanliness: the hotel is super clean service: awesome service… hotel staff were very nice, friendly and accomodating. i celebrated my birthday during my staya and they even upgraded my room and give complimentary birthday cake. I will definitely go back again to this hotel on my next visit. Highly recommended for those who wanna try and experience the hotel.

Second time to stay here and I’m Glad I chose Feliz again. I was upgraded to a Suite which was very timely since it was raining so hard during my whole stay in Boracay and had to stay in the hotel most of the time. They have a welcome drink and I was also able to check-in earlier since there’s an available room already. Buffet breakfast was great. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. They even provided a cake for me since it was my birthday. Excellent room service. Will definitely stay here again

It’s our first time at Feliz Hotel and was so happy that we booked this hotel during our stay in Boracay. I love how it’s close to almost everything. The room was so big and spacious. Breakfast buffet serves good food and they have different menu everyday. We’ll definitely book here again once we go back to Boracay.

Had an amazing experience at Feliz as first-time travelers to Boracay! We booked via Klook and had the smoothest check-in experience with super-helpful and professional staff. John from the transportation service was even able to retrieve my tumbler from the ferry since i left it there after disembarking. The hotel really is in a great location and walking distance from the beach. It wasn’t even crowded at this hotel! Highly recommended to check out this hotel for a premium and laidback stay at Boracay.

The location is really great, its in the Dmall area where all the best foods are located. Improvement - when we stayed there, there was only one elevator working (they only have two elevators) and there was a time that the working elevator also had an issue and we had to take the stairs. Not sure if they have plans to fix the other elevator as we stayed for 5 days and did not see anyone fixing it. They also have a fitness center but all the gym equipment are under repair except the treadmills.
