staff were accommodating. they even upgraded our room. the only problem is the water. it was somewhat dirty. and also the entrance to the lobby is flooded when it will rain.. we can suggest to make a walkway for customers if the flood problem happens.

Great stay, beautiful design, friendly staff. Location is good. Hidden from main road (next building is under construction now but they let me move to new room that cannot hear anything. stayed in March 2024), short walk from the beach, near shops, convinent stores, cafe. The resturant/cafe in hotel is also great. But a big negative for me is a mosquito in the room because of the design which has a gap around bathroom door. My friends’ room also have mosquito. The staff gave me a spray to prevent mosquito, but it was still there. It was like an error in design, not the staff’s fault. I stayed during rainy season.
