it is okay for a budget hotel but it does not have elevator and considering that we are from overseas with 3 big luggages, the room should be placed in lower floor

Staffs are accommodating approachable. Room is clean and nice. Near Ayala mall manila bay where my board exam took place so I stayed here for 4days and 3 nights. Nice and good place to stay for a short while.
