arrived around 3pm after visiting mom at lah wah ee. check in was okay and smooth. room not big but cleanliness acceptable. for a night stay all okay and worth it.

really good location… you can literally walk to anywhere like 10 to 15 minutes. Just there’s limited space.. a bit tight for 2 person. other than that everything is perfect.

2nd time stay here. Location is center of Georgetown, nearby have alot of food to eat, somemore behind have 1st Avenue shopping mall! It's definitely my 1st choice of hotel at Penang.😘

Around RM100+ per night for Standard Twin room and view of the sea (booking was for city view). Clean bed, wall and bathroom. Fridge was slightly dusty. There are hair shampoo, body shower and hand wash, big towels, toothbrush n toothpaste, kettle and 2 cups. Power plugs are beside the bed and below tv. VERY small room. Near a lot of kopitiam and not on busy road (could still hear faint vehicle sound at night). Service is good and polite. Need card to go up for security. Interconnected to St Giles indoor - convenient to go to the city side. This considered the cheaper and less facilities version of Cititel Penang.

This hotel is strategically located near to the Mall which is only a walking distance whereby lots of foods you can find there and to do some shooping. Very worth the money to stay at this hotel. Ample parking also provided to the hotel guests.
