Fantastic
The staff are excellent! We’re challenging to get taxis on a rainy day but the staff were very nice to help with it! Great service- we’ll stay in again next year!

Despite being in operations for more than 30 years, the condition of the hotel and facilities is still well maintained and functional. We especially like the thoughtfulness in providing guests with the free use of the laundromat service (although guests need to purchase/bring their own detergent), good quality toilet paper, toilet amenities, interesting selection of tea in the room, provision of recyclable bags and sturdy bedroom slippers. Location of the hotel is impeccable as it's just next to the subway and 2 streets away from the central shopping area. There is also a convenience store on the ground floor. The staff manning the concierge were very helpful and patient in attending to guests queries and requests. If the hotel can improve on the efficiency of the lifts, it will be perfect.

Room was clean. Staff was courteous and always ready to help. Gym is also surprisingly well equipped. The free self-service laundry room was also very helpful if you are going for a long stay (i stayed with my wife and kid for 7 days). The breakfast can be too repetitive though.

The hotel is a bit old but room was clean and of good size. Staff were friendly and courteous. My room was tidied up everyday. There was an outdoor swimming pool but I didn’t get to use it. The best thing was that there is a subway station entrance a few step away on the left side of the hotel.
