Nice hotel, clean, great location, and fast Wi-Fi! We paid RM75 for the breakfast buffet for 2, which was a good deal.
However, I was disappointed with one of the receptionists. The male receptionist who looked Chinese gave us only ONE KEY CARD (why only us?) and told us to come back the next morning for the second one, so I agreed.
The next morning, I asked him for the key card as instructed. Instead of assisting me, he was suddenly very cranky and snapped, “FALL IN LINE!"
I understand there was a queue and would have gladly waited, but he was the one who told me to come back for it. It wasn’t about waiting; it was the rude way he spoke to me after giving different instructions prior. A little courtesy goes a long way.
PLUS, The reception queue was also very LONG and SLOW, with too few staff assisting guests, management should address this. 👎🏻
Overall, great hotel, but a disappointing staff experience!
