the location is a bit hidden, about a 5 min incline walk to get to the mains street for you to catch a jeep to get to Baguio plaza, the entrance is only driveway climb no easy access to the main door if you're only commuting via jeep, also it could just be my misunderstanding thinking all hotel rooms are air-conditioned, the standard just provide a fan, had to upgrade on the spot for an air-conditioned room, if I was just planning to laze around in my room or stroll somewhere nearby I wouldn't mind having no Aircon. The place is worth the price. Easy access especially if you have your own car, easily book a grab though. The only problem we had was their internet connection, it didn't work in our room. The TV has no connection as well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We had a great stay at this hotel for 1 night. The room was clean, spacious, and well-prepared with complete toiletries and clean towels. The breakfast was nice and satisfying. We also appreciated that the elevator was functioning properly, which made everything more convenient. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and easy to transact with. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended!

quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable. I originally booked this hotel because it was affordable despite being farther out than I originally planned. I discovered that this place is less than 10 min from Burnham. I booked the cheapest room but was surprised to see a spacious room with balcony. it was way bigger and more comfortable than expected. the whole place is clean and beautifully decorated. delicious breakfast too! such a wonderful experience and the staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful. there is generous parking also. I recommend this place 100%

We had a great stay at NYC Manhattan Suites. It’s definitely a value for money — you get more than what you pay for. The bed was very comfortable, the blanket and bath towels were soft and clean, and the view was really nice. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We would gladly stay here again! 🌷

The place is clean and definitely worth the price, especially since it includes free breakfast. The location can be a bit challenging when going from Manhattan to other areas due to the steep road, but it’s just a jeepney ride away from around Abanao Square going to Manhattan. We usually booked taxis when heading out, then walked and rode jeepneys on the way back.
The reception staff and attendants are very kind and helpful. The rooms are simply cozy and also have a small balcony with a lovely view of the surrounding mountain houses and scenery. Will definitely visit again soon.
