The condition of this property is very poor. The rooms were dirty. It was said to be non-smoking, but there were people smoking inside the building due to health issues. I cannot be around cigarette smoke. There were animals inside the building and the property was not what was on the photos do not stay here.

The owner of the resort is very friendly. He provided some useful information about the area. The place is clean and quiet. There is a bath tub by the window overlooking the beautiful Erhai. My experience was awesome!

The photos on the website looked pretty and the room was nice with lovely views. it said in the details it was 1 minute walk to Erhai Lake whereas it was actually a drive up a steep hill and then 60 steps down to the hotel and another 30 stairs to get down to the room. Very little choice of food for breakfast and limited selection for evening meal and nothing else close by. The hotel were messaging before our stay biut were not particularly welcoming or helpful seeming more interested in playing video games than customer service. The rooms were expensive compared to other places and I would expect better service for the cost. My friend slipped on the steps outside and was offered a plaster or a trip to hospital and the deck chairs provided were old and rotten. The water underneath the seating area was stagnant and these two half drunk bottles of milk were left on the reception table for two days. We requested laundry but the bag was given back unwashed with no explanation. It just seemed like no one was caring the place, it was just an easy earner.

We stayed for 2 nights, it has amazing seaview and skyview in our room. It's much better than what we expecting. Freindly owener and nice staff, offered airport drop off and great breakfast.
