Windows were nailed shut so you could only open them 4-5 inches. The radiator heating was so hot at night, but the windows couldn’t open much. The bathroom was moldy.

The room was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, and the setup matched the listing perfectly. The location was also a big plus, with just a short walk to a great selection of shops and restaurants, making it really convenient to get around and grab anything I needed. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Lovely stay in a nice clean room, 2 minutes away from Leith Walk and trams and buses into town if so desired. Bed was very comfortable and room could easily sleep 2 or 3 as there was a single bed as well. Well worth the stay and great value for money.
