I liked the location of Richmonde Hotel. It’s near Festive Walk, and there are lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby, so it’s very convenient. The room was also spacious and comfortable. I just wish they provided bathrobes in the room. The breakfast buffet was okay, but I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t refill the Adobo Ilonggo even though it was only around 8:30 AM. I also noticed a stain on the comforter, which was a little disappointing. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would still consider staying here again, mainly because of the location and spacious room.

breakfast choices has not changed despite the constant comments of the guests . adding payment is also not worth it. 500 pesos for 6-12 yo and 1000 for adults.

The place is good, and the staff are very accommodating✨. The breakfast food is also good. My only concern is that the water(heater) wasn’t warm enough for a comfortable shower. Overall, though, everything was good, and I enjoyed my stay at Richmond Hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Richmonde Hotel Iloilo. The hotel is in an excellent location—it’s directly connected to the mall, making it very convenient to find restaurants, cafés, and shops. The area also felt safe and was easy to explore, even as a solo traveler. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bed made it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a full day of exploring. The staff were warm, courteous, and always willing to help, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. There was a great variety of food, and everything I tried was delicious. I also appreciated how well-maintained the hotel facilities were. Overall, Richmonde Hotel Iloilo exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Iloilo, whether for business or leisure, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Pleasant to stay at and value fo money is okay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. One of its biggest advantages is its excellent location. It is conveniently situated near several tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area without spending too much time traveling. There are also plenty of restaurants just outside the hotel, offering a wide variety of dining options within walking distance. A shopping mall and a convenience store are also nearby, which made everything I needed easily accessible throughout my stay. What truly made the experience even better was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, hospitable, and always willing to help. They were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to assist whenever needed, making me feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. Overall, the combination of a prime location, convenience, and outstanding service made my stay truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

breakfast had various selections per day, not to mention very inclusive as they have vegan, and halal, options. staff were very courteous, and I had a really sweet surprise from the hotel management as they gave me a complimentary birthday sweet treat; all in all, birthday stay well spent ❤️
