Nagpunta kami ng family (2kids 3y.o and 4 y.o) saturday afternoon, we were allowed for an early check in since the room is ready. Self service yung pag dala ng gamit using their luggage trolley going down to our room. breakfast: negative ako sa part na ito since our kid is a picky eater we didnt avail their breakfast buffet, so we decided to order from their ala carte menu sa ridgewood cafe pero sabi is 11am pa pwede mag order ng hindi pang breakfast na food. The price is a lil bit high if you are an average spender service: mababait mga staff and lagi nakangiti and they have their own viber page where you can chat your concerns cleanliness: malinis naman may mga millepedes lng na maliliit and parang walang fabcon ung mga bedsheets and towel

We had a good stay at Timberland overall. The view overlooking the city is beautiful, and the cool weather, especially at night, makes the place very relaxing. The drive up is quite zigzag, so drivers need to be extra careful, and it can be difficult to book a Grab ride when heading home. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the cake they gave us after we noted our special occasion in the app. However, service at Ridge Café was slow, and some requests needed follow-ups. Cleanliness could also be improved—we saw a fly when we entered our room, found a cockroach in the bathroom the next day, and noticed flies around the café. The sports facilities and pool are great, especially for families. One concern is that the Deluxe Room we booked through Klook was listed as having a city view, 2 single beds, and a sofa bed, but we got a room with no city view, 1 queen bed, and no sofa bed. Guests may want to verify room details before booking.

the area is still peacefull within just 30 minutes travel by from the city, staff are still accomodating , polite and very hospitable. though the kids area are lacking with some toys yet it still playable. and the cr on the room we stayed at lower ground had some little bit foul smell once in awhile but the over all experience is still great.

The staff are polite and the view is so relaxing. You will enjoy many activities like swimming, badminton, basketball and free use of their gym. The breakfast is also worth it. This is already our 2nd time in the resort and the experience is still amazing.
