Breakfast is good it starts 6 am to 10 am which allow us to have a a breakfast before exploring the island of boracay, location is easy to find and to access it is also near the beach, ambiance is great which we really like since we can relax and chill more room is spacious

i really loved our stay here! its a family friendly hotel. free stroller and bottle sterilizer for klook bookings and also there is a free 30mins access to their play area overall me my family enjoy our stay here. the only downside is the breakfast i wish they can improve their food better. their staff are very accomodating. i would love to stay here again :)) we celebrate my husband birthday here and they included decorations here as well. super sulit ng stay naminšŸ„¹šŸ«¶šŸ»

We had a pleasant stay at HUE Hotel. The hotel was clean, the ambience was great, and the food was okay. We especially loved the indoor playground, which was a big plus for us traveling with a child. The only downside is that thereā€™s no direct elevator access to the playground, so we had to take the stairs. But we appreciate that they did something special for my 1 year old son and momā€™s birthday. We stayed in the Family Room, which was nice and clean, but unfortunately the air conditioning wasnā€™t cooling well even after the staff tried to fix it a few times. The connecting room had a much better temperature. Special thanks to Michael at the front desk for always checking on us and making sure we were okay. He was very professional and accommodating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back.

Pros The staff were very approachable, friendly, and accommodating. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. The breakfast and pastries were delicious. Complimentary purified drinking water was provided. The location is convenient and easily accessible. We were allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated. They prepared a thoughtful birthday greeting in our room, which made our stay extra special. The hotel has a generator, so power interruptions were not an issue. Cons The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not very strong, so odors tended to linger after use. Overall We had a great stay and really enjoyed the experience. Despite the minor issue with the bathroom exhaust fan, everything else was excellent. We would gladly stay here again.
