We had a wonderful experience! warm greetings from the staff, very accomodating, clean room. Would definitely go back here if I have any business trips within the vicinity in the future.

Everything is clean. The room is spaceous as well. The place is near my workplace so I don't need to think about the traffic, I can just walk. Near shopping mall (Greenbelt-Landmark-Glorietta-SM-One Ayala). Their breakfast menu is ok.

We had great and memorable experience

Staff members were very accommodating and friendly. However, in the room we received, our bidet was located on the left side which was inconvenient and its hose isn't that long so it was difficult to pull and use. Everything else was good apart from the bidet issue. This location is also very near and accessible to Greenbelt 5.

this is unveatable location directly across from greenbelt 5 to landmark to glorietta. guest praise the affordable rates, friendly staff, and great rooftop pool. A fantastic, value-for-money choice the travelers.

Greenbelt 5 is just across the hotel! Very good location. The staffs are very kind and helpful too! The price is reasonable for its location.

Positives: I booked this place based on other people's reviews. It was as advertised. The room was clean and comfortable and everything worked. The included breakfast was convenient, though not amazing. The rooftop pool area was nice. Something was leaking in the bathroom and they fixed that right away when I reported it. Negatives: The location was awkward and I ended up needing taxis to go to most places (though it is right across the street from a big mall). There is a major construction project going on across the street which was a bit noisy. The number of staff and security guards seemed a bit excessive, yet they weren't very helpful when I asked them for help with transportation and for recommendations for places to go out to near the hotel. The price (I paid P3300/night with breakfast) was a little expensive considering there are other places in Makati you can get for around 2000.
