I don’t know how I can put comments, we didn’t get to stay at the hotel , as they said our reservation had not been conformed by Hotels.com and the hotel’s people said they never have had a relation with Hotel.com How is it that I booked a hotel in good faith for 3 nights which were paid for in advance only to be turned away as there was no record of the booking. So basically I paid for nothing and have not been able to get a refund as Hotels.com have a language problem with the hotel whose staff don’t speak English……very disappointed.

Terrible condition and did not check in but went elsewhere. Sorry awful place awful location......

viel zu weit vom zentrum entfernt, kaum restaurants in der nähe. kein fenster generell gibt es in yogyakarta nicht viel zu sehen.

Wer lediglich zum übernachten im Zimmer ist und dafür nicht besonders viel Geld ausgeben möchte kann dieses Hotel buchen. Diejenigen die auf etwas Luxus im europäischen Sinne nicht verzichten möchten sollten sich ein anderes Hotel suchen. Gute Lage zum Kraton.

It is my bitter experience through Hotel.com reservation and I do not want anyone will be fooled in future!
