love this hotel and their staff. especially the housekeeping team. Very friendly and accomodating especially to my toddler. to sir brian, sir jazpher & ms jay ann. they even made a cute tissue flower for my baby girl.

Second time to stay in this hotel and I can say that It’s cost effective. Buffet breakfast is good , rooms are clean and comfortable but most of all the service is impecable, from the doorman to the front desk and housekeeping . I would like to commend all personnel , it was a great 3 night stay. Will definitely go back and refer this Seda branch.

It was a last minute booking but so far twas a good one tho their pool is still bein constructed so they coonect their guest to the city sports pool which is a wide lap pool.

second time here at seda and always loved the food! since a portion of ayala center cebu which is adjacent to the hotel is under construction, the pool area is unavailable to the guests. didn’t know that the pool could not be used prior to the booking of this hotel. therefore, check-in guests are allowed to use the pool of city sports which is across the hotel. it gives a little bit of inconvenience but it is understandable tho

This is our 2nd time at this hotel as we were here to celebrate my birthday last September 29, 2024. As expected the hotel never fails to impress me. Rooms are as usual modern, clean and spacious. Drinking water is freely available when you need it. Their breakfast buffet is carefully balanced and always with the best “BISDAK” bibingka in the city. The staff are genuinely welcoming, wth special mention to Ms Carmela at the Front Office. Also special mention to the very helpful and friendly staff at Misto Restaurant, namely, Mmes. Valerie Nicole, Arlyssa, Riza, Shakera and to our Housekeeping guy Mr Alex. And all the others whom we failed to get their names. They are true assets of the hotel. Hopefully by the time we get back, the swimming pool, which is under renovation will be ready by then. Parking is not a problem for those bringing their cars. A resounding “YES “ to this hotel.
