Felt unsafe — I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The hotel is located in what felt like a very unsafe neighborhood. At night, there is very little lighting around the property, and the hotel itself is almost completely dark, which made me feel extremely uneasy. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on a rock. The rooms also have virtually no soundproofing, so you can hear everything coming from neighboring rooms, as well as rooms above and below you. On top of that, there was extremely loud music playing throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. I originally planned to stay for three nights, but after just one night, I decided to leave. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel, particularly if safety, comfort, and a good night’s sleep are important to you.

The biggest issue with this property is the host. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had and ultimately had to find another hotel because of how I was treated. When I arrived, their payment system appeared to be having issues. I tried four different credit and debit cards, but none of them were accepted. I politely asked what other payment options were available, and instead of offering assistance, the host responded, “That’s not my problem.” He then said, “It is not my fault that you don’t have money to pay for this kind of hotel,” which was both unprofessional and insulting. The property itself looked very nice from the outside, and the staff member who welcomed guests was excellent. Unfortunately, my experience with the host completely overshadowed those positives.

Do not book here, I’m warning you. They’ll overbook and give your room to someone else. Literal scam. I even messaged them to tell them my arrival time and they still had the nerve to say they “thought I wasn’t gonna show up”. I told them to check expedia, thay they had literally confirmed the check-in. They said “oh we don’t check expedia’s messages, they’re just automate”. That sounds like THEIR problem, not mine. They didn’t have any extra rooms and I had to go find another hotel in the middle of the night. Staff at reception was useless and despite me trying to reach out through several mediums they are still refusing to give me a refund. Besides there’s no AC, and if you check the reviews online a lot of people are even saying there’s cockroaches.
