The stairwell was a bit dirty. And would have been good to have hairdryers in the room

Check-in staff didn’t appear to know what they were doing. Also, the parking instructions that are given are completely wrong. Their instructions talk about downloading an app, paying when you leave with their discount rate etc. meanwhile the lot that they’re talking about (Dublin road car park) is completely paperless, pay-on-arrival as listed on all their boards (pic included for reference).
When I asked the check-in staff about it, she just kept telling me I did it wrong and I shouldn’t have paid on arrival. She may have been new, but definitely didn’t have any solution. It was just pretty frustrating.
Also, they say hair dryers available at front desk but when my wife went to go request one she was told “they’re all signed out. Come back later to check. No clue when they’ll be returned.” That was a little thing but on top of the parking situation, just no.
The room itself was fine. Comfortable and quiet enough for our one night stay. However since we chose this place solely on the parking, it was off putting and we wouldn’t stay again.

Location is pretty good. Not too far from the train station. Many restaurants nearby. Hotel is ok. Room is on the small side but not bad. There isn’t really a separate bathroom. There is a shower “stall”, a sink in the bed area and a separate toilet stall. The light in the toilet is on a sensor but turns off within a few seconds with no movement. Also the toilet door is quite thin and has a gap at the bottom. Just keep that in mind if you are traveling with others … they can hear everything you are doing in the toilet.

Arrived last night to stay for The Cure gig in Ormeau Park. The hotel is really convenient. It was clean & comfortable. Staff seemed as if they didn't want to be there, to be honest. We were an inconvenience to them when checking in. Otherwise, not too bad, apart from the need for some paint in places.

Fantastic The information on parking was totally wrong. The hotel has no car park of its own.- We wasted loads of time trying to get into the car park recommended (after we booked). It was fenced off. We got the correct information from staff to use another car park opposite.. Things then went smoothly and it cost us £10 for 24 hours. The hotel website (and the information sent once you have booked) needs to be corrected as soon as possible.

Excellent location right in the centre of Belfast staff with extremely polite and helpful
The continental breakfast was good but very limited choice of spread for toast or rolls i.e. only chocolate or strawberry jam and fortunately don’t like either usually you find marmalade a very popular choice but not available here only criticism we had we definitely stay here again

Checkin was quick and easy. The room was tidy but the bunk bed wasn’t made and there was black hair on the sheets.
The room was cleaned everyday as the bin was emptied and we received clean towels on our second night, but we could have done with receiving another toilet roll mid stay.
Staff was helpful and the process to extend out checkout was easy. £10 per hour extra and it only cost £2 to store our bags after checkout.
