If you want to stay at the hotel that have a direct connection to the Mall then Park Inn is very suitable. However if you need more comfort to your stay and more friendly and accommodating one then Zuri Richmond and Marriot is best options.

Fantastic

Standard Room · 2 Adults · 2 Nights

The hotel is situated strategically beside SM City Iloilo. Very convenient location if you’re visiting Iloilo and would be commuting to save a few bucks. Commuter vans from the airport drop passengers at SM iloilo and you can just walk to the hotel using the connected walkway. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Staff are very polite and checking-in and checking-out is fast. There’s a dispenser per floor and each room is provided a carafe so you can easily get water back to your room. Breakfast buffet also provides great selection. We also bought sandwiches for our early morning pick-up for the island hopping and the staff is nice enough to allow us to use the microwave to heat the food before we go. Great value for money. Would love to visit again for a staycation

Great

Standard Room · 2 Adults · 2 Nights

The overall experience is good but not great. Too bad the pool was unavailable during our stay. Breakfast food variety is also good but the downside was that the dinning area is small compared to other Park inn branches(North Edsa & Bacolod) that stayed in before. The water dispenser is plus is a very good idea, no need to ask the front desk for the refill. The elevator runs smoothly and no long wait. Soundproofing and AC is also good. Location is also a strong point of this hotel although far from the city proper. There are multiple jeepney routes and grab/taxi drivers are abundant.

The staff of the hotel were incredibly warm and welcoming, and goes beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was clean, with all the amenities one could need for a relaxing stay. Also, the location was perfect since SM Iloilo was just beside the hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet since there was variety of delicious options. Overall, my stay in the hotel was amazing.
