The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Special kudos to Christian, Grace, and Sophia at the front desk for their warm and welcoming service. We also appreciated the excellent service from the servers and bartenders at the lobby bar. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were happy with the quality and comfort of our room. Thank you for making our experience enjoyable!

1. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces for guests. Free parking once checked in; additional free parking for 2 hours after checking out. 2. Room: We were surprised that our room was upraged from a Superior Room to a Deluxe Room for free. A complimentary birthday cake was delivered to the room. 3. Buffet breakfast (Cafe 1228): Plenty of food choices. The food was good, however, some dishes are cold. Suggestion: food warmer. 4. Restaurants (The Lounge and Jasmine): Great food and service. There was an issue with the airconditioning system in The Lounge when we had our lunch. They explained it and seated us near an air cooler. 5. Rescue Bar (by the pool): Great pizza and drinks. Great service as well. 6. Pool area: The pool was clean. The attendants were accommodating. Even though it was raining a bit and the weather was cold, the pool was still warm. A 5-star hotel giving a 5-star quality service.

We had a great stay at New World Makati Hotel. The lobby feels very luxurious, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. They even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The staff were all very accommodating and attentive. The buffet food was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The dining area was spacious and not crowded, making the experience even more enjoyable. Our room was nice, clean, and spacious. Even the bathroom felt luxurious, complete with a bathtub and high-quality toiletries. Whenever we called customer service for water or anything additional they responded quickly and efficiently without the need for follow-ups. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

I should say that New World is now my new favorite hotel. We first stayed here in February this year after passing by Greenbelt and seeing the lobby — it just had that luxurious hotel vibe that immediately caught our attention. We decided to give it a try after reading great reviews about their Residence Club rooms, and since then, this has become our go-to hotel for staycations. Overall, it’s always been a great experience. One thing I really love is that when you book a Residence Club room, breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails are all served in their own exclusive lounge area instead of the hotel’s main buffet restaurant at the lobby. It makes the experience feel much more private and relaxing.
