The hotel is good and the staff really helpful. The bed in our room was rickety which caused roll together. All in all, a pleasant stay and a reasonable location. Would recommend for an affordable and moderately comfortable stay.

Climatisation… non une ventilation. Puisque la température même après 24h ne baissait pas dans la chambre, on m’a offert un ventilateur. Zéro climatisation Et durant le jour, au gros soleil les rideaux sont grands ouverts… ce qui est contraire aux affiches dans l’établissement « quoi faire lors de canicule » Poussière dans la chambre. Petites mouches et insectes volant dans la chambre On doit laisser la clé à la réception donc dire tout haut notre numéro à chaque fois, pas très sécuritaire pour une femme qui voyage seule. J’arrivais tôt et en décalage horaire, j’avais demandé si je pouvais avoir ma chambre un peu plus tôt…. Redemandé en déposant mon bagage en consigne…. re-redemandé en arrivant t plus tôt en après-midi… attente sur un fauteuil dans le lobby près d’une heure…. Re-re-re demande…. Est ce que je vais l’avoir un peu avant 15h? Là on vérifie et …oui madame elle est prête. Ça fait une heure environ que je suis assise dans le lobby. À chaque fois on m’avait dit… on va essayer madame…. Bullshit

This place was a great stay! Close to the Metro and Train station and many food options in the area. The hotel is a little noisy due to traffic in the area but not enough to ruin the stay!

The hotel is well located and the staff welcoming. The hotel is traditional, and so some travelers might find the rooms small, but I appreciated and enjoyed the thoughtful touches that kept me comfortable: a small refrigerator, electric tea kettle, and an electric fan to keep the room comfortable in the warm summertime weatherp, wifi, tv. I would not hesitate to stay at Hotel Alane again.

Room: a good small room with not much storage. No towel rail. A good location for Gare de l'Est, Gare du Nord, the metro and small restaurants

Très bien situé à un jet de pierre de deux gares, le personnel y est poli et serviable. L’accueil chaleureux y est exceptionnel. Seul problème rencontré, le réseau wifi est nettement insuffisant. Nous avons vraiment adoré y séjourner.

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba y fuera del hotel muy sucio, las habitaciones demasiado pequeñas.

Hotel Alane was perfect for our needs - Gare de l'Est metro is just around the corner, and yet our room was peaceful at night as it overlooked a side street. We didn't use the air conditioning much, but it was handy to have it there to cool down the room for a few minutes. The staff on reception were really friendly and the housekeeping was excellent as we always returned to an immaculate room after a day's exploring.

Great hotel with Juliette balcony. Good location for Gard du Nord & L’est and Sacre Coeur. Lots of cafe around. Great stay.
