need to improve cleanliness. the walls in our room has stains and the floor was icky. transport is ok , its accessible. there's a 7/11 and grocery store downstairs too. the reception is kind and helpful.

the staffs are very accommodating. also the hotel is place near Jalan Alor food street and china town so it’s very convenient. The room is also very clean and most importantly it has built-in heater since it usually cold in the morning. will surely be back. thank you!
