the staff and the hotel is great... the location not that great walkable from both yau ma tei and mongkok station because it is in between but personally it is nearer yau ma tei... but when carrrying a lot of items and tired you would want a hotel very very near the mtr... my thoughts only! service is really great! set breakfast is not can eat better outside.

Very good value for money. the only possible concern is it doesn't have an unblocked view. My room faces another building, which is just one street away. Other than that, I'm perfectly happy withy stay. It is close to a vibrant neighborhood, check my photos.
