Our first time in Boracay was truly unforgettable, and The Muse Hotel made it even more special. Napakaganda at napakagaan ng first experience namin sa isla—bukod sa stunning white beach, sobrang accommodating ng hotel staff and they really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location of The Muse is also very ideal—malapit sa lahat and perfect for enjoying the beauty of Boracay without hassle. What stood out the most was the kindness and warmth of the staff. Sobrang babait nila and always ready to assist, which really added to our overall experience. Thank you, The Muse Hotel, for being part of our best Boracay experience. We will definitely come back!

Great and friendly staff. Nalka restaurant was served amazing food. Recommended if you want the full beach front experience. Hotel is near station 2. No problem in going back and forth to find good restaurants.

We stayed here Wed–Sun. It is beachfront & perfect for water activities—they lend beach mats & towels too. The staff are incredibly accommodating, always greeting us with smiles. They even prepared a sweet birthday surprise for our toddler! Areas for Improvement: 1) Weekday meals are plated. Our first morning, the fried rice was served burnt (tutong), we are the type that don’t complaint. We also ordered extra fried rice for our toddler, but it was also scorched. We just mentioned when crew noticed we don’t want it for “To Go” & we only asked egg to be packed. They offered a replacement but we said no need. We asked steamed rice for the rest of our stay to be sure. 2) Housekeeping is efficient, but there is a "musty/old wood" smell whenever the AC is restarted, which quickly masks the fresh-cleaning scent. 3) The covered pool is a plus, but the area has a very strong chemical odor (pool water doesn’t have smell just the surrounding) that makes it unpleasant to lounge or stay longer.

I highly recommend this hotel. Our experience started on a high note when we arrived at noon; since our room was ready, the staff proactively offered us an early check-in. Their attentiveness is remarkable—noticing my son was asleep, they immediately turned on the lobby fans and provided us with cold towels. The entire team, including the security staff, is proactive and genuinely pleasant. Kudos to the management for such excellent staff training. Even when we forgot to hang the "Make Up Room" sign, a staff member overheard us, offered to coordinate it, and followed through perfectly. We returned to a spotless room. The room itself was spacious, clean, and featured a large, comfortable sofa. Location & Amenities: • Convenience: A 5–10 min walk to both D’Mall and the main road. • Beach: Beautiful swimming right in front of the hotel in the morning (though many paraws dock there in the afternoon). • The Pool: It is covered, making it perfect for a midday swim without the harsh sun.

The hotel is beachfront with a great location—close to everything—and the staff are very courteous.We stayed in a premiere twin room, which was a good size for our family of four, but the room needs some improvement. The bathroom fan didn’t work, the shower door was hard to slide, and there was limited drawer space. There were also no instructions for the safe, and getting help from the front desk took time, even for simple requests.Breakfast was included for me and my husband but not for the kids, which was inconvenient. Instead of paying for the buffet, we had to order à la carte for them and wait, making it hard to eat together. The breakfast selection was underwhelming and mostly Eastern. On our last day, it was only à la carte, and the food was greasy. Even the toast was heavily buttered, which wasn’t ideal, especially since our daughter wasn’t feeling well.The hotel does provide beach mats, umbrellas, and towels, which is a plus, though the beach gets crowded with boats later .
