The location is superb right in the center of Kuta where you'll find several restaurants cafes and shops. Everything is walking distance. The only thing that bothered us are the linens. It has a bad smell. I think the room was not used for a long time that is why it already accumulated a mold smell. Upon removing the pillowcase we noticed that the pillow is already old. It has a lot, i mean a LOT OF MOLDS. Management should look into changing old furnishings. Other than that, staff is friendly. cleanliness:
