Overall an excellent hotel, the 1 bedroom villas were even nicer in real life than the pictures. The grounds were beautiful and it was a pleasure to return to after the hectic roads of Bali. All the staff were friendly and attentive, the restaurant was really nice with a wide selection of food and great pricing.

Hotel area, houses, landscape all very good planned and designed. The villas are very nice designed and decorated. You feel spacious while you are swimming in your own small pool. Houses are apart from eachother, no neighbour room walls. So it's very quiet. Staff is all very kind, warm and friendly. Four times a day there is a Shuttle to the beach and back to hotel. We spent 4 wonderful days here and didn't want to leave. Compare to big brands price is so reasonable for such a precious place.

They went above and beyond our expectations!! We got in very late but was greeted with a meal box and friendly service. If there were any requests, they attended to it right away. We would love to stay there again.

I booked a stay at Cross Bali Breakers based on their marketing as a 'serene and soulful' retreat. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete case of false representation. The property lacks the aesthetic quality and maintenance suggested by its online presence, but the primary issue was a total failure to disclose major local events. During my final night, a festival at the neighboring GWK park produced deafening bass that vibrated the villa walls from sunset until 9:00 AM the following morning. The room was physically uninhabitable for sleep. Despite having written confirmation via text from the front desk admitting the noise would not cease until 9:00 AM, management refused to provide a refund, offering only a late checkout which does not compensate for the loss of a night's rest. To top off the miserable experience, the food was poor. I ordered a seafood rice dish that was clearly not fresh, where it appeared they attempted to mask the spoiled shrimp with a heavy, spicy sauce. The breakfast was equally mediocre and did not meet the standards of a high-end resort. Ultimately, this property fails to deliver on its core brand promises. It is a significant lapse in professional hospitality to withhold information regarding known sunrise noise disturbances while charging a premium for a 'quiet' environment. I cannot recommend this resort to anyone seeking the peaceful, quality experience they advertise.

Relaxing and the staff were really attentive

We had a great stay at Cross Bali Breakers. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was clean and spacious, and we stayed in one of the private pool villas which was lovely and definitely worth it. The main pool area is also very nice and a great place to relax. Overall, a really enjoyable stay. The only thing to consider is the location- it’s quite far from many of the main activities, and the roads in the area are quite old and full of potholes, which can make getting around a bit more difficult. If you’re visiting during the rainy season, there isn’t a huge amount to do nearby, so it’s worth keeping that in mind when planning your stay.

The staff were absolutely amazing. I had an experience where I booked a driver through the hotel to take us to Nusa Dua to our next hotel. When checking out, I finalised the bill which I didn't realise included the transfer to the next hotel. I then paid the driver in cash directly, meaning I had double paid. When I realised, I advised Cros Bali Breaker and they offered a refund and physically delivered the cash refund to me to the next hotel which is an hour away, without question. I very much appreciate that the staff went over and above to rectify the situation and I would like to thank them for this. I would highly recommend this hotel due to the overall service they provide.
