Our overall experience was positive. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious suite with a kitchenette, which was a welcome bonus. The bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom were all clean.
However, we were disappointed with the condition of the bath and face towels. They appeared slightly dingy and the face towels in particular had an unpleasant, musty odor, suggesting they may not have been properly laundered.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options.
The hotel's location has potential, but the adjoining mall is currently under construction with many shops closed. This, combined with the ongoing railway construction, limits nearby dining and entertainment options. However, since our primary goal was to enjoy the New Year's Eve fireworks with a city view, which we successfully accomplished, our stay was ultimately enjoyable.
