The location is great. Rooms are clean. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Smooth check-in and check-out. Stayed there during the Cebu International Marathon. They are need massage spa.

Rana Hotel was such a good accomodation especially if most of the time you want to go to downtown or Colon area, easy acess to jeepneys and buses. The staff was great they let us put our stuff at the lobby when we arrived earlier than the check-in time and when we require assistance they immediately cater our needs or query. The place was clean however it was just a bit sad that when we asked for room cleaning or house keeping we came back to a not cleaned room at all. It was fine because the room was not that actually dirty after a day use but you know we are out for almost 12hrs and we expected to have our bedsheet and towels to be clean. Anyway, I also feel secured the stay because there is always a security personnel there and he was nice and accomodating (thank you po). Overall, we had a good time during our stay. We will surely recommend and share our experience with others. Thank you!

hotel location: Very accessible

The room rate is reasonable and the price is worth it. However, my stay was not comfortable. There was a lot of noise coming from other rooms, and the nearby construction site made it difficult to rest. In addition, the air conditioning was not cold enough, making it uncomfortable to sleep. I hope the hotel can improve its soundproofing and ensure the air conditioning units are working properly to provide guests with a better experience.

The place is clean. There is a huge parking space. The staff are friendly. I felt safe because there was a security guard outside.

i extended my stay here kasi sobrang affordable and nagustuhan ko talaga yung room. Yung mga staffs nila mababait and they will reckmmend you best spots to dine within the city

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the location was convenient, and the room was comfortable for the price. A few areas could be improved, particularly the bathroom fixtures, which showed some stains and wear, and some towels were slightly torn. Despite these minor issues, the stay was enjoyable and offered good value for money. I would stay here again and recommend it to travelers looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay.
