Overall, our family had a great stay at Hotel Royal Queens. We booked 2 rooms that are adjacently connected. The hotel is conviniently situated just a few meters away from Bras Basah train station. It is also very near Bugis St. where you can stroll, shop and dine. There are also a lot of lical food stalls nearby. A minor area for improvement: the drain on room 1432 produces stench whenever water flows through it. As the hotel is undergoing improvements, hoping the management could also include this.

2nd time to stay here, room is big enough, has big mirror. booked this botel because of the big mirror and window. my sister had her make up done for pre-wedding/prenup photos here. kasya naman yung setup ng MUA.

Highly recommended. got 6K discount on the mrtrobank travel fair. hotel is old, but well maintained, no foul smell, daily housekeeping. front desk staff are all nice specially Maryam. She is very accommodating, attentive, and kind. All the staff are commendable. what I also love here at Royal queens is that it’s near MRT - Bras Basah station, near bus station, and near the st peter and paul catholic church! just across the hotel! such a special church! will def stay here again.

big enough rooms but pretty old building/amenities. the shower curtain is set up incorrectly that when you shower, you dont have much space to move around, or else the curtain will touch your body. towels also doesnt feel very clean. Also requested king bed but got twin beds. i called them and was told king bed is unavailable but they will come to put the beds together - nobody came.
