Nice little hotel, best thing is the location and the pool sun deck. Room and bathroom was a bit small with some small flies in the bathroom but overall OK

we were upgrade to a balcony room, early check-in (while it was 12PM) for free of charge!!!
the room was better than I thought, it have a filtered water drinking inside the room. nearby is so accessibile with 100m to Rochor MRT, convenience stores everywhere, and the guest services are super excellent

The staff were really nice. Great location and was only 2 mins away from Rochor MRT. The room (deluxe room for 3 people, 11th floor) was very clean. The fridge was not as cold as expected but it was not a major issue for us. The room was small but was enough for the 3 us travelling with carry on only. Wish there was a bedside table for everyone though so everyone can have access to one easily. I liked this hotel actually! :)

GreatDeluxe Triple · 3 Adults · 4 Nights
The rooms were good and compact. However in spite of staying for 4 nights, the floor of the rooms were not cleaned even a single day. That was quite a deterrent. Else the food, location was great.

The self-service kiosk allows you to check in and out within a few minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is simple and comfortable for two people, and the air conditioning is adequate. The swimming pool is small and not as clean as I had hoped. There’s a small gym and laundry facilities available. The breakfast restaurant is very small, so you need to be mindful of the timing. The two service staffs are well-organized and can manage the crowds quickly. Overall, it’s still a good place to stay for a night’s rest. However, I’m disappointed to learn that the hotel only offers late check-out if you book directly through their website. A $30 surcharge applies to this request.

The bed is firm but comfy. The room is surprisingly spacious compared to what I saw in some photos and clean too, but the toilet/bathroom is a little bit too small. It was a nice stay. Thank you.
